Biography
Prof. Dr. Abdul Rehman Jatoi completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from QUEST Nawabshah. He earned his Master’s degree in Energy and Environment Engineering from QUEST Nawabshah and also Ph.D. in Energy and Environment Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST) Nawabshah, Sindh Pakistan, in 2019. Dr. Jatoi started his practical career from Pakistan Railways Karachi, Pakistan in 2000. In July 2003, he left the Pakistan Railways and joined QUEST, Nawabshah as a Sr Workshop Instructor in Mechanical Engineering Department. After four years of his service in Mechanical Engineering Workshop, he was appointed as Lecturer in the Department of Energy and Environment Engineering in 2007 and Professor in 2025. Currently, Dr. Jatoi is Chairman of Mechanical Engineering Department, QUEST Nawabshah. Dr Jatoi has 24 years of professional engineering and teaching experience. Dr. Jatoi is an energetic researcher in Energy and Environment Engineering, particularly in solar photovoltaic and water quality analysis. He has published 26 research publications in National (HEC) and International recognized journals. Dr. Jatoi participated in several conferences and presented his work. He is supervised Five Master’s students/researchers. Dr. Jatoi is lifetime member of Pakistan Engineering Council.
