Biography

I am a seasoned teacher with rich teaching experience. I have been working as a Lecturer at Quaid-E- Awam University of Engineering Science and Technology Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan, since January 2014. Recently I have completed M.Phil. in Pakistan Studies from university of Sindh Jamshoro. I earned M.A in Pakistan Studies from University of Karachi. During M.A studies, History remained my area of Interest and I selected a history topic “Comparison of Sufi Shah Inayat Shaheed’s Movement with Other Resistant Movements" for final year research project. After completion of M.A I started my career as a teacher and was appointed as a Lecturer at Army Public Scholl and College Hyderabad. After teaching there for six months I had joined Quaid-e-Awam University Nawabshah in 2014. Completing my M.Phil. is actually the motivation behind moving towards the PhD journey. Since the chosen topic in my M.Phil. Studies “The Impact of Hur Resistance Movement on Social and Political History of Sindh” was very interesting and worth researching, I have made up my mind to take it to PhD level. Recently I have collaborated in writing international publications on the Hijerat Movement and Ottoman Collapse. Besides academics and professional teaching, I have also remained active member of Sindhi Adabi Sangat since 2013. Now I am looking for Ph.D. admission in a reputable university to further uplift my research and Teaching career. As I am inclined towards bringing innovations and novelty in teaching and research, I am passionate about pursuing a PhD at a reputable university.
