Biography
Dr. Inayatullah Kakepoto is an eminent academician renowned for his extensive academic and research experience in academia. He is currently serving as Professor English (BPS-21) at QUEST, Nawabshah. He commenced his professional job career at Cadet College Petaro (Pakistan Navy) as Lecturer in English (BPS-17). He earned Doctoral degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) where his research Thesis project focused on ‘Identifying Communication Barriers of Engineering Students of Pakistan for Workplace Environment’. He is an HEC PhD Approved Supervisor specializing in Applied Linguistics with a proven track record of mentoring Doctoral students who have been awarded PhD degrees in the year 2024-2025 respectively. He is a seasoned author having authored 49 research papers mainly published in HEC-recognized journals. He is Member National Curriculum Review Committee (NCRC-HEC), Member Editorial Board, Advisory Boards, and Peer reviewer of numerous national and international research journals. He has accumulated rich administrative experience having served as Dean Quality Enhancement Cell, Chairman Basic Sciences & Related Studies Department, and In-charge English Language Centre. He is Member Syndicate ‘The Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur’ and Member Academic Council ‘The University of Larkano’ both distinctions conferred by Honorable Chief Minister Sindh. More, he is member Senate, Academic Council, Board of Faculty, Board of Studies, and Selection Board not only in his parent institution but also other sister universities of the province. He was shortlisted and interviewed for the position of Vice-Chancellor of Public Sector Universities demonstrating recognition of his academic and administrative credentials to lead higher education institutions in the province.
