Biography

Dr. Shamshad Lakho is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Shaheed Benazirabad, Pakistan. She earned her PhD in Information Technology in 2023 from QUEST and has extensive teaching, research, and academic experience in the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology. Her primary research interests include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Educational Technologies, Decision Support Systems, Data Analytics, Intelligent Learning Systems, Bayesian Networks, and Predictive Modeling. Her research focuses on developing intelligent solutions for education, healthcare, and decision-making systems through the application of advanced AI and machine learning techniques. She has authored and co-authored numerous research publications in reputable national and international journals.
