TENDER NOTICE

Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology Nawabshah invite Sealed tenders through single stage two envelopes procedure according to SPPRA rules for the following Works for Data Centre Equipment and University Network upgrade (active and passive) at QUEST, Nawabshah from the interested IT related suppliers / contractors / companies / firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board and not black listed in any Government / Semi Government organizations. It is also advised that please submit separate envelopes for each dully marked with Technical and Financial proposal.

The tender document can be had from the office of the Project Director (development) or downloaded from SPPRA website i.e www.pprasindh.gov.pk and University website www.quest.edu.pk at the cost of Rs.5000/- in shape of bank draft in the name of Director Finance Quaid-e-Awam University Nawabshah (Non-refundable) on any working day and time except the day of opening of tenders. The last date for the submission of tender is 20-09-2016 upto 12:30 pm which will be opened on the same day i.e 20-09-2016 at 1.00 pm in the office of Project director in the presence of bidder/their representative. The financial proposals will be opened only of the technically qualified bidders who will be conveyed through letters date and time of opening. The financial proposal / bid of unqualified bidders will be returned unopened to them. Details of terms and condition are given in the tender form.

Bidders will have to produce Bid Security 2% of the offered bid in the shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in the name of Quaid-e-Awam Nawabshah, failing which the tender document will not be entertained.

In case of unavoidable circumstances on submission / opening date & time or if Government declares holiday the tender shall be submitted / opened on the next working day at the same time & venue. The University authority may reject all or any bid subject to the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules.
