Device Charges:
EVO Customer Premises Equipment (USB) charges (with 25% Discount): Rs. 3000/= to be paid once with no installments.

Monthly Service Charges
Monthly service charges (with 50% discount): Rs.1000/= for unlimited usage.

How to Apply
The Faculty Members, Officers and Student of QUEST can apply on PTCL Service Order Form available on QUEST website and submit in the PTCL One Stop Shops and Customer Service Centers, after verification from their respective Departmental / Sectional Head counter signed by Focal Person, QUEST Nawabshah.
