VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

                    

Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned teaching and non teaching posts for Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah and Quaid-e-Awam University College of Engineering, Science & Technology, Larkano (Constituent Engineering College) from the candidates; so as to reach the undersigned on or before 22.02.2012 during the office hours.  Applications should include two latest photographs; bio-data, attested Photostat copies of Certificates and names of two refrees.  Application forms can be obtained from the office of Assistant Registrar (Coord/Meetings) during the working hours against the payment of Challan / Demand Draft of Rs.1000/-(non refundable) as processing fee. Applications can also be made on the Form downloaded from our website: www.quest.edu.pk or on plain paper by giving full C.V. and other details which must be accompanied with a Demand Draft of the amount as mentioned above in favour of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah.

Research Publications: 12 research publications with at least 03 publications during last five years in HEC/PEC recognized Journals.

12 research publications at least 03 publications in the last three years in HEC /PEC recognized journals.

 

5.                  Transport Officer

INSTRUCTIONS / FURTHER INFORAMTION:

  • Candidates applying for the post of Principal, Professor  and the Associate Professor should submit four copies of their bio-data/C.V. as per prescribed forms of this University alongwith required documents including details of Research Publications, in triplicate properly binded along with a brief CV.
  • The terms and conditions for appointment to the posts on Tenure Track System can be seen on the HEC website.
  • Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments.  An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent, so as to reach within due date.
  • Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in cases of Government/Semi Government employees in exceptional cases. 
  • In case of non availability of candidate(s), Age may be relaxed.  However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and experience.
  • Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory wherever necessary.
  • Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with bank draft/ challan with necessary documents for each post.
  • Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional, experience certificates, processing fee etc or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained.
  • The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole.
  • Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
  • Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
