QUEST University has been established Students Financial Aid Office for dealing with the all financial assistance/scholarships of students of this University. The following all scholars dealt by the said office through concerned chairman departments. Every year some financial assistance/ support in the shape of poverty-cum-merit basis scholarships are providing to deserving students to this University.

This financial assistance is providing Higher Education Commission Islamabad for deserving and needy students of all batches, mainly to support in the academic expenses that everyday market inflation of every thing gets more valuable. Late Sayed Imdad Shah personally known as one of the renowned personality in the Sindh politics, who was served particularly in the field of education at the door steps of the people of lower sindh and to promote the education standards of the poor and deserving pupils to compete with the national and international standards. This financial assistance is consisting No. of (05) scholarships and at approx 15000/- (rupees fifteen thousand only) each student.

This financial assistance is providing for needy students who can not afford the expenditure. For this purpose a committee of all Chairmen has been constituted, which presided by the Dean Faculty of Engineering to scrutinize the cases on merit basis. The financial aid of every scholarships are granted on the basis of
(i) students good conduct and academic performance in the university  
(ii) guardians annual income
(iii) students previous academic record. This office disbursed the scholarship amongst the students’ in sessions (2010-11).

This financial assistance is providing for the students on merit basis on the recommendation of Dean Faculty of Engineering and concerned Chairman of the teaching department.

Some number of scholarships are awarded every year by IEP – SAC Saudi Arabia Scholarships at approx Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) per annum to each student on meritorious and deserving student for four years.

The Provincial Government of Punjab is providing financial assistance for needy and deserving students. This scholarship is awarded to the students relating to all provinces.

Ministry of Religious Affairs provides financial assistance for students of the University from Zakat Funds through District Zakat and Usher Offices.

This financial assistant is providing for the students belonging to district Khairpur Mirs’ on poverty-cum-merit basis through district Government Khairpur Mirs’.

This financial assistant is providing for the students on poverty-cum-merit basis by Pakistan Engineering Congress to motivate the young Engineers for competition at different levels of engineering related forms.

This financial assistant is providing on poverty-cum-merit basis to the minority students through Ministry of Minorities Islamabad.

This Financial Assistance Providing from Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh on poverty-cum-merit basis for four years to the students on the recommendation of concerned chairman.

This financial assistance is providing for the students on merit basis by Ministry of Religious Affairs on the recommendation of Chairman of the teaching department.

This financial assistance is providing for the students on merit basis on the recommendation of Dean Faculty of Engineering and concerned Chairman of the teaching department.

This loan is known as Karz-e-Hasna Loan. The National Bank provides student loan (interest free) on certain conditions which are to be met by the recipient. The amount of loan is approximately Rs.25,000/- per annum each student for four years.

This scholarship is based on merit for needy students to motivate to participate in competition at different levels of the engineering society. This program is for four years.

This financial assistance is based on purely merit-basis. The donor is always supporting the students who got the merit at least 75% or above. The financial assistance is providing for four years bachelor degree program.

This Financial assistance is providing by Syeda Mubarak Begum Trust only for the female students for four years bachelor degree program on the Poverty Cum Merit basis.

This Financial assistance is providing by the Economic Affairs Division Islamabad for the students who are admitted in foreign reserved seats for four years bachelor degree program and post graduate program.

This Financial assistance is providing by the Fouji Fertilizer Company Limited for the needy and deserving students for four year bachelor degree program on Poverty Cum Merit basis.

This Financial assistance is providing by Higher Education Commission Islamabad for the students who are belonging to Fata-Baluchistan Provinces who are admitted on the provincial quota of reserved seats for encouraging the poor and needy students to compete at provincial and national in the academic discipline.

This Financial assistance is providing by Sui Southern Gas Company on the Poverty-Cum Merit basis to the needy and deserving students for motivating and encouraging in the academic competition within the university as well as national level.

This Financial assistance is based on poverty cum merit basis for the students who are belonging to Memon community.
