Soon after up-graduation of the
university, the Directorate of
Postgraduate Studies and Research was
established. Later on Advanced Studies
and Research Board was also constituted.
The responsibility of the Board is to
prepare policies and programmes and
approve courses and research projects
for postgraduate education. Initially,
it is planned to offer postgraduate
studies in the field of Structural
Engineering, Power Engineering,
Manufacturing Engineering and Energy
Engineering. A separate prospectus has
been prepared for postgraduate studies.
